Chase's Graduation Present from MOM!

I save favorite clothing.  I never knew why I was doing this, or what I would end up doing with them.  When the movie Stepmother came out (susan sarandon, julia roberts) and the mother made a quilt for her children, I thought that was by far the coolest idea ever.  This is what I was going to do with all the kids clothing that I had saved.  And this is what I did for Chase's graduation gift.  I don't expect him to take it to college or anything, (unless he really wants to) but this is something he will have forever.  And if you know me, I am all about creating memories and leaving a legacy!  Who knows, maybe this quilt will be passed down for generations...cool thought huh?  I will post more photos later...

That is a beautiful quilt. I gave my sister my sons baseball shirts to make into a quilt a whike back. I love that idea. Who did it for you?
