I remember the days when Barney was his main Squeeze...
This handsome, kind, gentle and smart boy was born. I know that Mike and I talk to each other all the time about Chase, and how good of a boy he is...well, this boy is almost a man! Chase, we love you dearly. We could not have asked for a better son than you...

It was around 8:30pm and I was bringing in the trash cans, (usually something my SON does...)
This thing was SO BIG, I actually saw it moving in the driveway...(remember, it is dark outside, only light is the front porch light and the 2 side garage lights, and we have a black asphalt drive...)
We will call her Pudding...

I guess I shouldn't say MY free time, but OUR free time. I have decided to 'teach' the girls to cook, while sharpening my skills at the same time. Nobody but me seems interested at this time...but, it will happen. Can't wait for the husband to get home so I can try some new recipes out on him...
Let's see...Pan Seared Chicken with Lemon Leek Linguine...
Loaded Baked Potato Soup...
Peanut Butter Banana Bread with Chocolate Chips...
Drink my favorite Wines...
And finally, RELAX with a new scented candle...

Interesting tidbit, I just ran across:
"The Tebow Rule"
In 2010, a new rule for the next NCAA football season, dubbed "The Tebow Rule" by media because it would have affected him, banned messages on eye paint. During his college football career, Tebow frequently wore biblical verses on his eye black. In the 2009 BCS Championship Game, he wore John 3:16 on his eye paint, and as a result, 92 million people Google searched "John 3:16" during or shortly after the game. Additionally, later, when Tebow switched to another verse, there were 3.43 million searches of "Tim Tebow" and "Proverbs 3:5-6" together. Tebow stated of the searches "It just goes to show you the influence and the platform that you have as a student-athlete and as a quarterback at Florida". The NFL already has a rule like this in prohibiting players from wearing messages on eye black, so Tebow would not be able to continue the practice in the NFL. Despite the media labeling it as the Tebow rule, the NCAA denies the rule was influenced by Tebow particularly, since many other notable players (Reggie Bush and Terrelle Pryor for example) wear or have worn messages on eye black. An NCAA spokesman said "When this rule was proposed the committee did not focus on any one team or student athlete. That measure reinforces what the intended use of eye black is, which is to shade the eyes from the sun."

The supreme happiness of life
is the conviction that we are loved -
loved for ourselves, or rather,
loved in spite of ourselves. ~Victor Hugo
Thank you for loving me, Michael.

Sometimes we make love with our eyes. Sometimes we make love with our hands. Sometimes we make love with our bodies. Always we make love with our hearts. ~Author Unknown
Miss you, Mike...

I'll sing it one last time for you
Then we really have to go
You've been the only thing that's right
In all I've done
And I can barely look at you
But every single time I do
I know we'll make it anywhere
Away from here
Light up, light up
As if you have a choice
Even if you cannot hear my voice
I'll be right beside you dear
And we'll run for our lives
I can hardly speak I understand
Why you can't raise your voice to say
To think I might not see those eyes
Makes it so hard not to cry
And as we say our long goodbye
I nearly do
We don't have time for that
All I want is to find an easier way
To get out of our little heads
Have heart my dear
We're bound to be afraid
Even if it's just for a few days
Making up for all this mess
